The FAQ search provides you an with an easy way to automatically get answers to your specific questions, online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you do not find the answer to your question, you can submit your question and a reply will be sent to you.

How to Use
The FAQs are grouped together by topic (e.g. Software Questions FAQs ). Clicking on one of these topics will bring up a full list of FAQs for that topic.

Type your question or keywords in the "Ask a Question" box and click on Submit. The search results will be displayed as links so you can select the ones that are relevant to your question. The FAQs database is being updated all the time but if you are unable to find an answer to your question, scroll to the bottom of the FAQ panel. Select the "Submit Question" button and follow the directions. You will receive a personalised response by email.
